As a qualified psychologist, Inna hoped to continue her professional career after arriving in Ireland. To strengthen her employment prospects, she joined the Bridging English for Employment programme, a 12‑week English language course designed for unemployed professionals. The programme focused on developing the language skills needed for employment and professional communication in an Irish workplace. Alongside improving her English, Inna gained a better understanding of opportunities available to her and felt more confident using English in a professional setting.
