Kildanogue Wildfowl Sanctuary & Nature Reserve is a unique local amenity that offers visitors an opportunity to experience wildlife and nature in a peaceful setting. In 2025, South Tipperary Development CLG supported the site custodians, AGBN Gun Club, to secure Outdoor Recreation Infrastructure Scheme funding for a series of improvements throughout the reserve. Upgrades to trails, site furniture and signage have improved access around the sanctuary and enhanced the visitor experience. The improvements have enhanced access throughout the reserve and will help more people experience and appreciate the unique wildlife and habitats found at Kildanogue.
