Through a joint initiative with Waterford City & County Council and Turas Nua, Waterford and South Tipperary Local Area Employment Services supported IPAS clients to prepare for employment in Ireland. The workshop brought together partner expertise, with Turas Nua providing guidance on interview techniques and networking, while Katriona Burke from STDC’s LAES team delivered practical support on CVs, cover letters and job preparation. The session highlighted the strength of the regional LAES partnership and demonstrated how joined-up working can provide clear, practical and engaging support to people building new futures in Ireland.
