Clonmel Junction Festival provided Tús participants with an opportunity to put their creative talents into practice through artistic, design and promotional projects. Working across areas including visual art, graphic design, web design and administration, participants contributed to the preparation and delivery of the Festival. Some created public artwork and visual displays that enhanced festival spaces and added colour to the town. The experience provided valuable practical skills and contributed to one of Clonmel’s most recognisable cultural events. One Tús participant subsequently secured employment with Clonmel Junction Festival, demonstrating the programme’s positive employment outcomes.
“The creativity, enthusiasm and skills brought by the Tús participants added enormously to this year’s Festival. Their work enhanced a number of projects and helped create the atmosphere and visual impact that audiences experienced throughout the event.” – Clonmel Junction Festival Organisers
