When Atlanta was referred to LAES for employment support, she wasn’t sure what to expect. But with the guidance of her caseworker, Emma, and Tús Team Leader, Gary, she quickly found a path forward.

When I showed interest, she immediately connected me with Gary, and by the next day, we had an in-person meeting.”
Within a week, Atlanta secured an interview with Waterford Chamber. With Emma and Gary’s support, she prepared for the opportunity and successfully signed her contract.
